In order to store your email messages and other mailbox items in an Outlook data file MS Outlook is generally used.  It is also known as Personal storage table. When it saves the emails it occupies some space and gradually the space occupied by the mails increases. But generally the size of MS outlook is limited. The problem arises when it becomes completely full and is unable to save any more emails in it.
