  1. In order to go to Advanced Boot Options screen, you have to restart your computer and press F8 key continuously.
  2. Then you will get a list of options and select Safe Mode, with the help of keyboard arrow keys. Then the PC boot up in Safe Mode.
  3. Then you should log in to the computer from your administrator account.
  4. Go to the desktop screen and then select the Desktop tile from the Start screen.
  5. Now on the desktop screen, hover the mouse at the bottom right corner of the window.
  6. You would see the list of options, from there click on settings.
  7. Then click on Control Panel.
  8. Then select the Device Manager.
  9. Here you have to expand all the drivers that are installed in your computer; here you can find the defective driver.
  10. Now uninstall it.
  11. From the context menu that appears select Uninstall to remove the selected driver.
  12. Then it will ask you for confirmation then select OK.
  13. Then restart your computer and boot up your Windows 8 normally.
